伊比德罗拉, together with ScottishPower, a subsidiary of the Group in the United Kingdom, has been recognised with the Women’s Football Impact Award at the first edition of the Global Football Industry Awards.

The award recognises Iberdrola and ScottishPower’s commitment to promoting women’s football and creating opportunities at all levels of the sport.

ScottishPower’s partnership with Scottish women’s football and the Scottish Women’s Premier League is driving women’s football in Scotland, from grassroots to elite level. Iberdrola, a world leader in electrification, has supported more than 100 women’s sports competitions around the world, reinforcing its commitment to gender equality and inclusion. Outside Scotland, its support for women’s football extends to Spain, where we have just renewed our agreement with the Royal Spanish Football Federation until 2030, and Portugal.
